Iggy and the Stooges are the inovators of punk rock and should be in the hall of fame they have a strong cult following and have done more for modern music than half of the artist already in the hall of fame.
Most bands that play their type of rock have sited them as a major influence like the sex pistols, the clash, new york dolls, the ramones ,and countless others.
We, the undersigned, call on the rock and roll hall of fame to induct Iggy pop and the Stooges into the rock and roll hall of fame 2008.
