Geek Squad has become infamous for hiring inept employees who are not qualified to do their job. A vast majority know less about repairs and service of electronics than the consumer. They use SCARE tactics towards unknowing consumers into thinking without purchasing warrantee or Anti-virus protection products from them your device is DOOMED FOR FAILURE OR INTERNET HACKING.

Geek Squad has become infamous for taking money from bank accounts for services either discontinued or by using AUTO RENEW clauses buried deep inside a long contract. When refunds are requested they can take up to a year to return funds.

Former Geek Squad employees have publicly come out and stated they were hired with zero experience and zero training they were given a "Geek Squad" shirt told what products to offer and STRESS THE CONSEQUENCES of what will happen to your product without the Geek Squad protection or warrantee.
