High School Students using our neighborhood as a parking lot during school hours

An area of Village View Trail and Beewood Glen Drive in the Village of Oak Lake in Sugar Land, TX is being used as an 8 -10 hour parking lot by Senior and Junior students of Stephen F. Austin High School.
1. The POST OFFICE MAILMAN is constantly leaving notices on their cars. They park directly in front of the mail boxes making it difficult for del and mail pick-up.
2 They park on both sides of some driveways and both sides of the streets making it difficult to back out of our driveways.
3. Trash pickup, yard people and delivery services have to maneuver between students cars.
When they (students) drive off engines are screeching and speeding down our streets where small children are playing and riding bikes, etc.
The school has been made aware of this. They do nothing, saying they don't have enough parking! 410 spaces for a school of approx 2500 students. WE pay plenty in school taxes so why should our neighborhood be used as a school parking lot?
Our homes are looking out into a "parking lot" of pick-up trucks and cars.
WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, CALL ON FORT BEND COUNTY TO RID OUR NEIGHBORHOOD OF STUDENTS FROM STEPHEN F. AUSTIN USING OUR STREETS - WHERE OUR CHILDREN PLAY - AS A PARKING LOT FOR 8-10 HOURS PER DAY.
SIGNS SHOULD BE PUT UP AS THEY ARE IN PHEASANT CREEK NEIGHBORHOOd OR AT LEAST, SIGNS "NO PARKING BETWEEN SCHOOL HOURS OF 7am AND 9am."
