Blankets removed from homeless under bridges, homeless arrested for trespassing to keep warm, homeless turned away for bedding or food, agencies shut down for not havingng enough finding or assistance for violations, tent cities removed from enclosed , unused areas, homeless turn into addicts because hope and self esteem is knocked down. People are scattered around the city, which causes more chaos, crime and overdoses instead of feeling safe, stable and able to help each other.

We, the homeless ask for your signature to show how much support we really have. To see that people really care. Sign because we are people, citizens and human. Sign because everyone needs a chance/second chance to a better life. Sign because one day this could be you or someone you truly care about or already know. Sign because you are a facilitator shut down from helping us homeless. Sign just because someone spoke up. There are abandoned buildings that could be utilized for housing of some sort, recreation centers to keep us off the streets and occupied instead of using. There are churches and homed citizens shut down/rejected from helping us. Why are things needed to survive a daily life taken or rejected. As homeless citizens we have rights, we have feelings, we also matter. Give more grants to fix things, build things and support us. We need help not punishment. Communicate with us, don't block us out or push us away. Make abandoned building into holdings, programs, facilities and Shelters. Take unused land, parks for tent cities. Utilize us homeless and save money to help fix these problems and for us to have a place to go oand live. Many have talents and skills. Many can't find work. You are knocking someone's hopes, dreams, and self esteem when denied a future or better life. One day this could be the last time someone sees a change. We are not promised tomorrow. We just want and need to survive for today. Why would you take that right away. We, as homeless have rights.
