A 96-unit four-story affordable housing development is being proposed on the shore of Fairfield's only tidal tributary, Mill River.
This petition is a first step as interveners as the Conservation Commission's Inland Wetlands Agency considers approving the plans, which, if passed, will then go before Planning & Zoning.
