As everyone knows by now, on Wednesday 5 October 2011, "Thomas Bester" was arrested for luring models via Facebook and stealing from them, raping them and in one case murdering a girl.
He is not the only predator lurking around social networks and luring children and teens.
Unfortunately however, South Africa does not have a Bill of Rights which allows Police to use any means to lure these predators and have them arrested.
We as South Africans seek justice for those who cant speak for themselves.
Please create a law that allows S.A.P.S to lure predators online and get them off of social networks.

Online Predators, how many are there?
Unfortunately in South Africa it is illegal to use "fake" users to lure pedophiles on social websites such as Facebook, Mxit, etc. The question is: What can we as South Africans do to change that?
Please help so that we could get a Bill of Rights to make a law that states that undercover police can pose as teens or children to lure these predators that pry on our children in order to catch them "in the act" so they can be arrested and sentenced as they should be.
