Help keep our teachers that coach by allowing their kids to attend SGF tuition free

A teacher/coach has announced that he will no longer be able to coach because of the time missed with his children. He would love for his kids to go to South Glens Falls school district but the only way that happens is if he moves into SGF.
He has tried many of things including looking into buying land in SGF but you physically have to live there. Besides being a coach of more than 10 years he has also been a teacher for more than 10 years at South Glens Falls.
What would be so difficult to just let teachers that coach have their kids go to SGF tuition free ?
