#Government
Target:
Immigration Department, government
Region:
United States of America

Wai Ming Kwok, or Danny as many know him, has lived in the United States since he was only 15 years old. Originally from Honk Kong, his father died and his mother had left Danny and his sister in an orphanage. His aunt, who had married a man from the US and had been living in California, soon heard about her niece and nephew. She went to Honk Kong and brought them both back to California with a student visa and she raised them. Danny is now 48 years old.

Last year, the Immigration department came to Danny's house and took him to the Tacoma Immigration Detention Center in Tacoma, WA, where he is still at today. They are now trying to send him back to Hong Kong, where he has no family or anyone to help him there.

Danny has lived in the US for over 33 years! He speaks English, he worked, sometimes two jobs at a time, he paid taxes, paid his own rent and bills, has no criminal history, and collected NO help from the government what-so-ever! Now he is stuck in an immigration jail, just waiting for the decision to send him back to Hong Kong, or make him serve another 90 days from the day that they make their decision!

Please help keep Danny in the US. He has done no wrong, and after 33 years in the United States, he calls this home.

Please help keep Wai Ming 'Danny' Kwok, an English speaking, hard-working, tax paying, law abiding, 33 year resident of the United States, in the United States!
