Background (Preamble):
We had a talk today about land mines that really touched my heart. Civillians are losing limbs and lives even when the war is over. Especially children who after losing their limbs no longer have a chance because there is no money for hospitalization and artificial limbs. Children 5 and 8 years old no longer having a chance at a good future. Please think about your children and brothers and sisters because i know that my sister is 7 and that makes me cry that if we were living in places like cambodia it could have been her! Please help me convince these other countries to sign on! Thank you for helping me try to help them!

Land mines are killing millions every year. Only 133 countries have signed the ban. We, the undersigned, want to make sure that all 193 nations sign on!
