Background (Preamble):
Those of us who live in the vicinity of Harrison Bridge and Neely Ferry Roads have limited access to commerce on Fairview Road except by motorized vehicle.
The roads are designed for automobiles only, the shoulders of the roads are not designed for people or cyclists and constitute a "highway barrier".
It is too dangerous for those who venture onto this roadway with bicycle or by foot.

We, the undersigned, request that Greenville County Council include in future Greenville County development plans, pedestrian and bicycle access to Fairview Rd via Harrison Bridge Road.
