Bahrain national carrier Gulf Air which is founded by the government in resent events that hit bahrain of the wave by the arab spring, has taking harsh steps on its employees by sacking more then 300 employee for their political view, religion background and some people personal gain.
In the mid of a collective punishment Gulf Air took upon it self to sack anyone who has any days off or annul leave that was during February and march. Employees were denied of any form of workers right or any regard to the company rules or government rules for that matter.
There was no regards to any workers or union right even though the government admit that the employees were sacked illegally and the king of Bahrain ordered there return with out delay the Company still refuses.
We, the undersigned, call on the Gulf Air to immediately return all dismissed employees to there jobs with no string attached like no vacation or any other condition and to compensate all employees for the lost salary and hold accountable those who refused the king orders plus were responsible for the wrong dismissal who broke the company rules and the government rules.
