We the undersigned call on the secretary of the state to ratify into the constitution the group 25 voting system. To vote in groups of 25. An odd number to eliminate any chance of a tie. You stand to vote yes or remain seated to vote no. If there are thirteen or more standing, those standing sign the tally one card. If there are 13 or more remained seated, those remained seated sign the tally zero card. The notary public documents the winning tally card, per group, per local, per state, per federal issue or candidate.
Due to New York City's population of nearly 8.4 million, you will need 3 voting centers of 280 rooms. Three voting sessions an hour, 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday. It will take 5 weeks per issue or candidate. Be bold, be patient, persevere.
