This summer Llay Welfare Cricket Club will be applying for funding with two main objectives.
- refurbishment work to the 80 year old cricket pavilion
- installation of twin lane net practise facilities
The pavilion is a multi-functional changing rooms facility used primarily by the cricket and football clubs of Llay Welfare and is in desperate need of major refurbishment.
We also require the installation of twin net practise facilities.
Llay Welfare Cricket Club junior section continues to grow from strength to strength and is now struggling to cope with demand on practise nights.
We want to show the support from the local community for this grant application.
