The school system changed the policy for graduating this year and the parents were not given any documentation on the new policy.
With that being said. I feel that the policy for the last school term should have stayed in place. The school system board of education has been going through a lot of changes and the superintendent was fired and we have a acting superintendent. We have the worst school system.
Being an active parent in my kids life is why I am writing this petition. My child is a senior in high school and she makes good grades and passing all her classes.
The problem I am having they won't let her or any other kid's like her walk for graduation because of a eoct and graduation test. Even once she passes the test she won't be able to walk and wear her cap and gown I think that is wrong and I need others who feel that way to petition with me. They are ruining these children dreams.
Why not make the parent's sign something saying their child will take the test until they pass?
