Background (Preamble):
Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) ruling on October 29, 2009 preventing Globalive from setting up shop as Canada's fourth national cellphone company should be revised and approved for better wireless competition in Canada. This is long due and its time for new entrants like Globalive to start shop.
Even the Canadian government accepts this and has agreed that such competition is required for the benefit of wireless users. Canadians are suffering from high prices and poor services for a longtime and its time to end such monopoly NOW!
