Give Neutral Bay a heart and a green space

For many years, Grosvenor Lane Neutral Bay car park has been in permanent gridlock. It has reached saturation point and it is time to rethink this space and revive it into something more valuable for Neutral Bay. It is time to turn this pace into a green village square. Private car traffic should be removed and only light business delivery vehicles allowed in. This would free up this space for cafes, markets, lawns and a better quality of life for surrounding streets. There will never be enough parking in this space. It is unsafe for the increasingly elderly population navigating the churning circle of gridlocked cars. It pumps smog into the shops and businesses. We've had enough of this mess. It's time for North Sydney council to give this potentially beautiful patch of land back to the people.
