Gilmour Subdivision is located in the S 1/2 of NW 1/4 of Section 26, T13N, R3E, Tittabawassee Township, Saginaw County, Michigan. The total length of the road is approximately 2620 feet. Of that 2620 feet, approximately 1320 is improved, paved road and the other 1300 feet is unimproved gravel road.
Tittabawassee Township currently has 6.01 miles of gravel roads, per the Saginaw County Road Commission. Gilmour Subdivision is the only subdivision in the Township that still has gravel roads.
We, the undersigned petitioners, do hereby petition the Township of Tittabawassee to improve Gilmour Lane, an existing part asphalt/part gravel road currently maintained by the Road Commission, into an all asphalt-paved road. The requested construction is approximately 2620 feet in length.
