Background (Preamble):
This petition is on here because I feel that the majority of UK Soaps are not dealing with Homosexuality (and Coming Out) in the 21st century.
Many kids find it difficult to Come Out due to no 'role models' showing them the best advice on how to do so.
Soaps should cover this issue MORE and regularly so as to raise the point that Gays/Lesbians are not 'aliens' to the public.

We, the undersigned, call on all UK soap broadcasters to make aware in their programmes the issue of Homosexuality and Coming Out in the 21st century.
