These days more and more people are replacing milk with soy beverages. For many people who have lactose-intolerant, it can be hard to find a good cup of coffee with soy beverages in it.

For this reason many customers have been going to other coffee chains in order to get their coffee with soy milk. Starbucks and Second Cup both offer this, so why doesn't Tims?

We, the undersigned, call on Tim Hortons Inc. to offer soy products as an additional choice to be put into their beverages.
