Get rid of the 10 times rule and let people play

We, the patrons of Game Rooms, (8-liner parlors), and Residents in the State of Texas, call on the Texas Legislature to eliminate the ten times rule in the Texas Statute Penal Code 47.01, 4 B The fuzzy animal law. Law should not tell people what they can take out of a machine or what to do with the points they take out, whether it be 500 or 2500 points.
