Our town Keokuk Iowa, is a very small yet nicely put together town. We unfortunately never get to have a special music events or really anything visit us.
Kaylee Mason would highly appreciate to get have a chance to meet Justin Bieber since she is the biggest Belieber in our area. If we would like to go to a concert or anything youth related the closes the events are, are at least two hours away. As we all know times are hard for families so most people aren't fortunate enough to make it there.
Kaylee would highly appreciate it if you would keep her in mind or even choose her. Thank you for giving her this chance.
