Background (Preamble):
Scott Dooley - Dools - is a presenter/host on the Australian public broadcast radio station, Triple J.
He hosts a mid-dawn show (1am to 6am), but is also used as a fill-in whenever any of the more popular acts are off air (eg. for a weeks' break).
This would be fine if it weren't for one thing: Dools is a complete tosser.
He just wasn't meant for Triple J. It's fine to have him at 3 in the morning, when most people aren't expected to be intelligent or intelligible - but to have him continually used as if he were a capable radio presenter during daylight hours is probably a human rights abuse of Triple J listeners.
He would be perfect for commercial radio, which says as much about commercial radio as it does Dools.
The next time JJJ needs a fill-in presenter, a local homeless person should preferably used as they would may make more sense and would definitely possess more insight.

We, the undersigned, call on Triple J to remove Scott Dooley from air at all times other than 1am-6am.
We call upon Triple J to never again use "Dools" as a breakfast or afternoon (or any other popular time) radio presenter.
