Parking charges in H&Fulham Parking are very high and very limited. People are isolated in their homes and cannot have visitors, family or workmen without a huge cost being involved.
Businesses are also suffering Nobody wants to visit anyone anymore and therefore no help can be given when a person is ailing, elderly, lonely or need help of any kind.
We are asking for vouchers to be issued to Residents which are low in cost and which they can hand out to anyone who wishes to visit them.
