From infants to tween's to teens and young adolescence pay the price

Background (Preamble):
A parent is persuaded that it is their right to peruse child support, so we do. Then this support some how becomes income and before you know it we pay the price twice. How you ask? Well we're left to raise children on our own, then punished for accepting a bill that was passed which we thought was to protect the rights of our children then have that money being sucked away from us if we ever fall into the unemployed or living in subsidized housing mandated a income and we have to use that to support rent etc, some of us only get the basic according to the support guide lines which may be as little as $50.
Petition:
From infants to tween's to teens and young adolescence pay the price. A child is not old enough to vote why should the child support received on their behalf be used as a income and deducted from Ontario works or a percentage 30%required by the tenant lease for those who live in Community housing?
Fathers seem to get a slap on the risk while ultimately single parents pay the price while their children suffer and possibly become a revolving door to a vicious cycle.
Please sign this petition to help single parents keep this money to assist them in additional care for their children's developmental needs, tutoring, extra curricular activity. Help me to stop the cycle of oppression within the system.
