FREE LOLITA

Lolita, formerly known as Tokitae, was violently extracted from her family back in 1970. She is the oldest living Orca whale in captivity. Lolita has performed tirelessly for over 35 years. And now it is time for her retirement.

Lolita's family lives in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. Her family is monitored continuously. Each Orca whale family has their own dialect and to this day Lolita still recognizes and vocalizes the dialect of her family. Knowing this her release would have a successful outcome.

During her capture in 1970, 5 whales died. 4 of them were babies. Their bodies were then sliced down the center and filled with rocks. So the evidence of this crime (and a criminal act it was) would sink to the bottom of the Ocean. Lolita definately deserves her peace.
