Petition Background (Preamble):
In 2003 the Duluth Great Lakes Aquarium received a permit and an Eagle. Observations and reserch has shown that this facility is not the greatest we could provide for this raptuure and other animals.
It is upon the request of this community that Bogie be released from this facility and placed in the Lake Superior Zoo. Where he will be surrounded by others of his kind and given the proper area to live in.

Petition:
This petition will be presented to the City Counsil of Dulluth recommending that Bogie the Bald Eagle residing in the Great Lakes Aquarium be transported to a more acurate facility, the Lake Superior Zoo.
