Blake Lund a 15 year old boy was put in jail because when he was 14 years old he had sex with a 12 year old girl who lied about her age to him and other boys.
And now the court has put him in jail for 8 months or longer. He was taken from his parents little brothers and cousins grandparents girlfriend aunts and uncles because a girl lied to him and he didn't know it was illegal.
Him being put in by her has made him extremely depressed and sad and heartbroken. How is that fair? I'll tell you how it's not.
We, the undersigned, call on the court to resign their decision to put Black C. Lund in jail or in any other correctional facility and we the undersigned ask that he be put on probation and released home as soon as possible.
