We the people of the State of Florida undersigned respectfully request that the Florida Legislature pass a sovereignty resolution reasserting the Constitutional rights of the State of Florida and of its people resulting in the State's nullification of all federal laws, regulations, executive orders etc. that violate the provisions of the 9th and 10th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
