IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT WE AS USERS OF YOUR GAMES AND PROGRAMS MUST ENDURE COUNTLESS HOURS OF FRUSTRATION BECAUSE OF FAULTY PROGRAMMING.

We, the undersigned, demand that Zynga updates and upgrades the games and system or platform it uses to provide entertainment to us, the consumer of the product, so as to avoid more disappointment and frustration with Zynga.
