Fire Mangini and Hire either Cowher or Shanahan

Background (Preamble):
Mangini was fired From the Jets, then hired quickly to Cleveland. His style is the same as Crennel's and has not really changed the way Browns do business on the field. Off the field he has issued multiple fines which are making the Browns look bad and ruining the percentile of signing any if no free agents in 2010.
Many agents has said his attitude towards renigging on promised contracts in NY (3 total) and Cribbs contract show no team loyalty from him or his staff. The Union has challenged all his fines and probably will win either a reversal or lower the amount by 900%.
His choice in a defensive coordinator which flopped in Oakland the past 2 years alone make one question him. 5 potential GM canidates bailed on the Browns in 2 day span because noone wanted to be tagged up with Mangini. One GM remained, making him the GM by default. I could go on, but the facts outweight any other option here.

Mangini to be fired, and either Shanahan or Cowher to be hired as head coach in 2010 for a fresh start.
