The ratings for General Hospital are lower than ever and most of the fanbases are unhappy.
We want a new writing staff at GH who will treat this show, its actors, and us, the viewers, with the respect we deserve.
We want a new writing staff at GH who will treat this show, its actors, and us, the viewers, with the respect we deserve.
Petition:
We, the General Hospital fans, are sick and tired of the destruction of this once great show.
It is now practically unrecognizable. We are sick of the misogyny, sexism, racism, abuse of long time cast members; blatant propping and favoritism of certain characters and actors; the total lack of romance; sleazy plots that belong on Cinemax after dark; contrived storylines; and just plain bad writing.
We are asking the executives at ABC to relieve Robert Guza and his entire writing staff of their duties immediately and bring in writers who will respect the show’s long and colorful history; who will not butcher characters to place them in contrived storylines; who will not trivialize important issues such as rape and domestic violence; and will write some GENIUNELY ROMANTIC storylines.
The viewers of GH put bread and butter on the tables of the ABC Network Executives and we demand to be respected and treated as if we have intelligence.
Please relieve Robert Guza and his staff of writing duties immediately and improve GH for all of us.
