Background (Preamble):
Gisborne has now proudly got excellent parking for the disabled, with clearly visible signage and blue internationally recognised marking.
Unfortunely at this stage the car parks are only monitored and enforced during business hours. However our disabilities are 24/7 and we need parking at all times. As well many people without mobility cards are still abusing the system.
To remedy this DPA need the police to authorise 24/7 enforcement with Clamps.

Petition:
I would like to see all disabled parks enforced at all times, and all offending vehicles clamped.
