It IS TIME TO SAVE OUR CHILDREN.

BY signing this petition, we are all coming together as mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, family members, community leaders, state representatives, government officials, and legislative bodies, to help save our children from pedophiles and the irreprutable harm they inflict upon these children. By signing this petition, we are telling our government that we are fed up with our kids being abused, misused, neglected, and murdered, emotionally and physically.

We expect tougher laws in each state that do not vary from state to state, but each state having the same penalty laws. This will hold tougher sentences and will not allow a predator to flee to another state with lesser penalties, because the jusitce will be the same wherever the predators are in America.

We the undersigned, do petition our American Government to enforce stiffer child predator laws that will apply equally to all states; thus preventing a predator to flee to a neighboring state with lesser penalty laws. We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now.

We urgently need stiffer penalty laws for pedophiles and safer environments for children. Penalty laws that include:
1) Change incest laws that protect family molesters and pedophiles which gives them lighter sentences, probation, or no sentences and give them stronger sentences.
2) Change the mistake of age clause, which let’s pedophiles claim they mistakenly thought the victim was older.
3) Revise the laws, which gives offenders treatment, and/or probation in its loophole; whether they are family or closely related with the child.
4) No Expediting Sentences for pedophiles or molesters of incest; Expedited Sentencing allows pedophiles quick sentencing, and then they are referred to a treatment facility and probation.
6) All Pedophile Laws will be equally enforced in all 50 States in America.
7) No statue of limitations on all incest, rape, and molestation cases.
8) Provide free DNA testing to child sexual assault victims.

We, Americans as a unified collective body, will meet on the Washington Monument, Reflecting Pool, at 10:00am, November 14, 2009, to rally for our children. We are fighting for our children. Will you join me?
