It's almost 2 years now when draw of lots were held in November 2008, and more than 3 years when scheme was launched in April 2007. but no clarity what's going on.
Is there anyone to control the activities of CHB or they are freehand to play with the funds of Allotees because it is not only about property value increasing day after day rather it is regarding the value for the residential place for those who are in real need for it.
