On February 27, 2007, a Foster Parent had gone to Court for sexually assaulting a child for a period of 8 years almost everyday.
He was remanded to jail.
I would like to know how child protection services could allow this to happen, and not accept blame.
I would like to receive comments and advice on how to repair the damage both physically and psychologically done to my little girl.
We, the undersigned, petition Canadian child protection services to explain how this tragedy could happen.
