Eviction of Madeline, 3145 N. Nordica, Chicago

This is a petition to have Madeline who is not on the lease of Frano/Santarella removed from the premises. She is constantly causing disturbances with the tenanats at all hours of the night.

There is constant pounding, in and out of the building while doing & screaming about drugs. There has been numerous times that her family knocks on the tenants doors begging to call the police.

There has been a series of thefts of packages which are being signed for but not by the correct person. Also, packages left in the hallway have been disappearing. She now has a boyfriend living there, who is a known thief.
