Fred Barncoat used to be a residential manager at Grandin Village Apartments.
He was never really the manager, he was just given certain responsibilities of a manager /maintenence person. He has been given less and less responsibility with no title. The big problem is that Mr. Barncoat spreads rumors and even starts them.
Many residents past and present have been a victim of his rumors.

We, the undersigned residents of Grandin Village Apartments, respectfully request the eviction of Fred Barncoat due to his role in continually making up and spreading rumors of the residents of Grandin Village Apartments past and present.
