Evict the neighbours at 41 West Lane

As you are aware there have been constant complaints from the Tenants at 41 West Lane. 1 Tennant has already requested a transfer form due to constant harrasment from them and we feel that enough is enough and we want them now to be re-housed elsewhere.

Both Tenants constantly come out, shouting abuse to the children playing outside, constantly complaining and also making up vicious rumours.

Arguments between the couple are very frequent and are heard by the residents. His driving is far to fast and is a danger to the children of the neighbourhood. We are not prepared to tolerate anymore of their behaviour anymore.
