Background (Preamble):
In the past few years, there has been a lot of neighbour/diaspora voting in the Eurovision Song Contest.
Eastern European countries seem to be voting for each other and Western European countries stand no chance.

Petition:
To stop neighbour/diaspora voting, there should be 50% televoting and 50% jury in each country.
It's the only way to save the Eurovision Song Contest!!!
