My brother Estil Gene Duncan #193-691, he's 51 this May. For the past 18 years he has been in prison. Gene didn't get death roll, he was sentenced 10 to 40 years for crimes that are listed in his files. However, we fear he may never enjoy freedom again. My brother, Estil Gene Duncan has been very ill with lung cancer and has had numerous surgeries due to other illnesses, that have put him back in the hospital for more treatments. Currently Gene is in the hospital again because his remaining good lung was damaged during surgery and collapsed, and he was unable to breath.
All we're asking is let him come home, his family and friends are behind him. We accept him with open arms and are willing to care and give him any special attention he may need due to his illness. There is allot of caring people who will stand by Gene, and help him along the way. And with God by our sides, nothing is impossible.
