In an unprecedented ruling the English football association and Football League deducted 30 points from Luton Town Football Club in 2008.
As a consequence, LTFC was relegated out of the league in May 2009 which had a devastating effect on the club and its loyal fans.
The double whammy by the football elite was severe and disproportionate and punished the fans NOT the people responsible who had left the club by June 2008.
We, the undersigned, call on the English FA and English Football league to apologize to Luton Town Football Club and its fans for the disproportionate and injustice handed down on the club in 2008.
We will be rejoining the football league in season 2014/15 and this long overdue apology would go someway towards reconciliation and closure on what was seen by the football community to be an overzealous and unjust punishment to LTFC and its fan.
