We, the UNDERSIGNED, do solemnly and knowingly
REQUEST that Mr. Seth Watts limit his broadcasting of information in the Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) medium between the hours of 0730 and 2300 Local time to that below audible levels outside a three (3) metre radius of his person.
AFFIRM the inferior quality of any digital medium by which "Knights in White Satin" can be confused for "Seeds, Scattered and Sewn"
DOWNRIGHT CONDEMN the incessant affixation of Mr. Watts playing Chumbawumba's "Tubthumping"
RECOGNIZE that "Noise is garbage, and it is a particularly insidious form of garbage. It destroys community life, pursues us into our homes, keeps us from sleeping, and is a cause of many stress-related illnesses as well as hearing loss. The current destruction of silence in our world is an environmental catastrophe."
DEMAND that Seth Evan Watts cease his willful environmental destruction and socio-sonic oppression posthaste.
