Floridians demand that you stop your laws banning bongs and glass pipes in the state of Florida.
Most Floridians just do not agree with Bill 49 since it stops Americans from having the ability to express themselves. Glass blowing is considered a form of art and many people make a living off of their glass blowing craft. The authorities should not and must not be able to take away anyone’s right to express themselves.
The punishments imposed are completely unnecessary. The government considers possession or the use of what they think to be “drug paraphernalia a Felon now. What this means is, an individual will no longer have the right to vote because they'll be considered a Felon, even if all they possessed was a brand new, unused glass pipe or bong.
We have a plan to put an end to this unethical bill.
If all American citizens let the government know that we will no longer continue to let them take our rights away, we can start influencing the state governments and the senate to reverse unnecessary laws and punishments. Americans believe in the 10th Amendment which says the Federal Government can only pass laws on issues that the Constitution has power over.

We believe that no American shouldn't be have their freedom of expression taken away and believe that bill 49 should be stopped so artists can continue to make glass pipes and bongs.
