Increase in employee salaries is needed because of recent inflation in Zimbabwe. Current salaries can not sustain the livelihood of employees, bringing them above the poverty datum line.
Employees are unable to afford basic commodities, with the average salary being able to only buy two bars of laundry soap.

We, the undersigned, call on the MARS Management to review our salaries, the lowest should earn at least Z$1trillion.
