Background (Preamble):
the election of 2007 has given kenya several precedents that are negative-
*allegations of rigging before results were announced but electoral commission did not care to investigate
*uncertainty of who was presidential winner by electoral commission but MR kibaki was still declared and sworn in as president
*unwarranted destruction after results came out due to chaos and failure to correct anomalies in the results announced

Petition:
*justice should be seeked by all kenyans, no kenyan should be happy with electoral malpractice because in the long run it hurts us all and our desire for a just, democratic and progressive nation, i call on kenyans and our friends [other countries] that we seek to build a just, democratic society for all.
