New research suggests that over 34 % of people at work feel stressed about the sheer volume of e-mails they receive every day. The majority being pointless.
On average people working in big corporations get over 58 e-mails a day.
This is no way to lead our lives. Something needs to be done. We've lost our way a little here. Life cannot be about being sat in front of laptops responding to e-mails !
