We, the undersigned, all individuals and organizations who live and/or work in Durham, North Carolina, call on Durham city and county government to support the creation and funding of a Public-Access Television and Community Media Center and to provide access to the cable television network as operated by Time Warner Cable on the basic tier of cable service to be dedicated to public use as required by law.
