We moved from a Nakheel property to get better quality in home finishing and service only to discover that you are all the same. Looking for the cheapest way to complete a project, cutting costs and corners. shame on you. I am a resident in Dubai Hills, Maple 1, facing a problem I know ALL RESIDENTS ARE FACING, which is extremely loud AC noise in the kids bedrooms upstairs. For reference, Road traffic noise intensity is 50 dB, our Kids bedroom AC is at 49 dB!! the problem has been investigated and we know the reason behind the issue, it's because Emaar has put a 4 ton AC unit in the bedroom, which is a mistake in design. They have sent people to our villa, that have caused a mess every single time, over 5 times, each time with a dead end!! Today they put foam saying that will reduce the sound when it did nothing at all. The ONLY solution is to change the motor which they will not do because it is costly and they will have to do it for all villas, but that's their problem to deal with. A supposedly renowned developer like Emaar should know that these problems cannot just be swept under the rug and hope no one will figure it out and complain. I am done having people call me saying they will come and ''check the issue''. WE KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS, NOW FIX IT!!!!!! Anyone facing this issue, please let us all put pressure on them to fix it and stop hiding behind their mistakes. Please sign this petition and circulate across Dubai Hills members!
This is a petition to put pressure on Emaar to properly and once and for all address the issue with the loud noise coming from the AC unit in the kids shared bedrooms. If you call them to complain, they will send an engineer that will tell try different useless tactics like adding foam or cleaning the vents, that will not solve the issue. They have put a very heavy motor for that AC and the only way to fix it is to replace it with a smaller one. current noise intentisty is 49 dB, for reference traffic noise is 50 dB!!
