Background (Preamble):
The United Nations has not yet drafted & ratified
a global Bill of Rights to protect animals from abuse,
testing, hunting (for pleasure) not survival, and other
forms of killing and abuse, i.e. dog-fighting, mutilation
and generally terrorizing the wildlife population for the entertainment and profit of human beings (if those
who participate in such activities can be considered part of the human race).
We need to pressure the powers that be into doing the right thing to protect these innocents, who simply cannot protect themselves. Not only is the extinction of animals and the dignity of all animals at stake, but our own human integrity and dignity on on the line here.

We, the undersigned, call on the United Nations to call
for a halt to all abuse, mutilation, killing and maiming
of all animals under the law existing for all nations.
This includes using animals for testing, entertainment,
and profit-seeking activities conducted by human beings and perpetrated upon animals of all species.
