The Dover Public Skatepark Project ad-hoc committee is promoting the creation of a public skatepark in the City of Dover.
There is an existing need for the City, as well as the County, to provide a free public skatepark.
Please sign our petition and get your friends, parents, kids and neighbors to sign too.
We now have towards 300 signatures on our paper copy petitions. Please help us add to that number!!!
Our City elected officials need to see City residents support the idea!!
We the undersigned, as local residents, support the development of a free public skatepark in the City of Dover.
We recognize the need for and benefits of free public skate areas and believe the City should at the very least provide suitable land for a skatepark and agree to maintain the skatepark after construction, and at the most, fund, build and maintain the skatepark just as it would a basketball court, tennis court, or other public general use area.
